Poor Quality Swashplate with 550SE

I have just started building my new 550SE, the swashplate ball is far too tight and the servos will be barely able to move it (even at room temperature). Is there a fix for this?(using an abrasive paste to increase the clearance?)

Thanks

Nigel

Are you sure the swashplate is the Problem? Can you easy move it with hands up, down and around without blade holders?
Make a Point of Oil on the tread?
Yes, you can using an abrasive paste to increase the clearance.
Or, you can also change the bearing with the ball. See here: click me

Sorry for my bad English.

Is it the heim ball on the mainshaft or the heim ball (spherical ball) inside of the delrin housing? I have found quite a few very tight with the heim ball to delrin housing.

It was the Heim ball to the delrin housing.

The swashplate has now been replaced by the supplier.
