purchase OK, but unable to upgrade

after going by your step by step proc., I completed the purchase, restarted the application and got this (see attached picture)....
please advise.

OK,

now, it works (after powering down everything for 5 minutes), but when I hit the "Load!" button, it becomes gray (the button) and nothing happens.

after 3 attempts, I get the all gray screen as in the previous attachment.

Hi when you purchased your firmware upgrade did you get the exact serial number in your order of your vbar. If not you have paid for another serial number to be firmware upgraded. This may be why you have no option to upgrade yours.

Also the servers had some problems earlier in the week, maybe it is at their end?

For some strange reason, if you load your device, the server crashes. But i am tracing it down. Can you please write me an email, if you do the load again, then i can watch it.
