mini vbar won't connect to pc

I have recently purchased a used mini VBar and cant get it to connect to pc. Previous owner has transferred to my account as the correct SN is in my devices. I have downloaded version 5.3 and the correct drivers yet I have no connection.Any help would be very much appreciated.

Which SN is it?
Does it have 5.3 loaded?

Was it probably used with V6 for VBC?
Does it connect with the recovery firmware loaded?

Hi, this is the SN1520016618. I will check with previous owner if it was run on version 6 and will try recovery firmware. I have unistalled and reinstalled without antivirus activated but no help.

Hi Rainer, I discovered the drivers had not installed correctly on my pc and I also ran the recovery and I am all connected! Cheers, Adam.

Okay - after recovery (non flight version) please load either the 5.3 for 3rd party radio or the 6.0 for VBC - see my update videos ;-)
