vbar governor help needed

Can someone please give me some advise ..

I using vbar gov for first time.

1) have set end points in the vcontrol

2) have selected Vbar gov

3) have calibrated the ESC.

- On the bench with no blades

1) have set the desired headspeed in the governor settings to 1800rpm for example.

2) I spool up the heli, it gets to around 1400rmp if the throttle stick is centered, it goes to around 1960rmp at full throttle stick and also goes to around 1960 rpm at low stick .

Question is this normal behaviour?

or should i see a constant RPM at any stick position, with the blades off as indicated

would be grateful if someone could help me out here??

Hello,

this is normal when there is no load. You see the "collective ad" of the throttlecurve behind the governor.
