Help upgrading Silverline to Pro

I am getting the following attached response when trying to upgrade to Pro.

Yes ... this SL is a SL "V6 for VBC only". So it has no V5 license, it was never in use with 3rd party radios.

To solve it ... go to this device in your list, file a service case and my colleques will take over how we can do it.
