mini vbar 5.3 to 6 not working

I have a mini-vbar that I just transferred over to my account. I can see it in my devices. I have enabled it for vbar control for heli. I have requested the license file and received the email, which I followed and activated successfully. I still get the same error when trying to load v6 "Error at loading firmware: option not available" What am I missing?

Which serial number is it?

An update to this... I can get the vplane and vsim to load but not the heli
