Setting less negative and positive pitch

Good morning,
I am building a scale heli and would like -5° to +8° pitch. Is this possible and if so how. My current heli's have -10° to +10°. Thanks.

I would:

- set up with +-8°, center is 0°
- measure 8° cyclic as usual
- adjust pitch curve in tx as you like after this
