Help Bailed out : motor reduce its speed drastically

Hello,

I am a new user of Mikado

I use the Vbar governor with my Touch, with Scorpion 06-120 Esc and Scorpion motor .

Motor spool up perfectly, however when i do the bailed out ( idle switch) , the motor reduce it speed very fast , almost like braking . Bank1 i have 1900 rpm and Idle (AR) set at 20%.

From Idle to motor stop it is smooth.

I never had this issue in the past ,

The scorpion ESC has a internal brake system - so this is normal. Consider it is only the motor - not the headspeed. The HS is kept up with the freewheel (one way) in AR condition ;-)

When i look at some video on youtube about set-up the governor in VBar, when they hit the idle switch, it is much less agressive than mine.

Is there a parameter that i change the value in the ESC or Vbar touch ?

I tried with a higher AR value like 40 and it is better, however spin too fast.

Did you try in flight? So is it a issue in flight or not?

Probably try the complimentary mode ...

Yes, just a few feet from the ground and i found it stop fast.

I tried it after on the table without blades and found thad that it really stop fast.


I will try again when we will get nicer weather.
