Well ... it is a H-1 Config - use standard config in NEO as this should have been done in this way ages back when the model was designed. Just watch out for "Tail" pulse and frequency, check all throws, do not exceed physical limits where you might stall.
Example:
Having collective throw set up and also applying elevator by differential collective with too less headspeed/ too short/thin blades ... in forward flight climbout the rear rotor may stall if the angles are too much then. This means ... the model drops down rear, your reaction MUST be lower collective (needs some balls ... definitely ... but i got it manged in flight) a bit and pull elevator also a bit to get the rear rotor out of the stall angle ... this is one of the reasons why i prefer a mix between differential collecitve and "real" elevator in my tandem mixer for 2 swashplates.
Keep note that on such a model yaw is done by differential aileron, also has its limits. Lower all control parts massively here.
