Firmware update for 5.3

Please help when I try to update my firmware to use 5.3 software it tells me I already have 5.3 pro activated for my serial number. But i don't have it on my PC and I can't work out how to download it.
Any help would be much appreciated

first - i'll move this thread tomorrow to the right board (bottom, old devices).

second - which PC soft is installed?

third - is the vbar registered to you? - Which serial number? - Did you request/use a license key mail according to the videos for old devices?
