Vibration and Oscillation on the main rotor and Tail

Hi Guys,
I need you Help please:
My Heli is a Goblin 700 Thundersport

1800-2000-2200 RPM

Pitch 13-13.5-13.5
Collective 10.5-10.5-10.8

Ok, Flight perfect but, in the TIC-TOC (tail DOWN in particular), when i go strong positive and negative collective+Pitch the Main rotor have a vibration and the tail go right and left.

I’ m tried many setup but the problem remaining

Other feature:
-Paddlesim: 0
-Agility: 128
-Style:100-120
-Tail Gain tryed: 40-60-65-75
-Tail Rotor Gain: tryed 55-60-65-75
-Governor 40 (With Hobbywing 200 4.1)

-Have change tail precompensation
-have chenged elevator precompensation ont he mai rotor

Please check (use blade folding method) for absoultely 0deg. collective in trim setup.

If this has a slight difference - such issues can appear ;-.)
