Translator?

I am wondering if it is possible to have a built in German to English and English to German translator app on the forum? Kind of like Facebook has a translate button. Perhaps other languages too. I made the unfortunate mistake of learning French instead of German lol.

I can copy and paste to google translate but doing that on an iPhone isn't efficient. Lots of content on here has my questions answered in German already.
