Hi, today i was at the field, i went to turn on my VBC EVO and the display is almost black, the touch screen is working but the screen is almost black. If I point a flashlight I can see a little, and if I vary the brightness it doesn't change at all, what could have happened? I prefer to use the touch instead of switching the displays so if Ralf can take a display there i can put it on the EVO when i come back home.

I'll tell mikadousa about this if it's okay for you.

Peter from Mikado USA sent an e-mail yesterday, display, urgent ... so now I'm confused :)

As far as I know, the boss will attend Global 3D, one day, so he could bring a display.
I can see that you have another transmitter registered, so you're not grounded, right?

And I mean, if you prefer your EVO over your Touch, you could even swap displays between the two (very carefully, it's the only one you have ;).

I'm not sure if sending one directly to Argentina would reach you, within a reasonable time frame.

to clarify: display issue, as in, replace the display, all good, or do you suspect the mainboard?

My money's on the display, but I could be wrong.

Reason I'm asking is, I'd like to decide what to ship one or two times half around the world, because of costs and lead times.

that voltage is normal?
