Where is the Mikado of old with a range of helis from that fantastic flying 480xtreme and 550sx that I flew to death, and always looked at the L700 tempting me to buy?

I as all ready to have that excitement of getting hold of a nice Logo box and posting photos on forums about how I was building myself my new Logo. But sadly I can't buy anything, even second hand they're not even to be seen...

I found posts about a new Logo 580 and Logo 700 but that was 18 months ago, and several 'Coming soon' but still nothing. Every Logo I've owned, even though I'm only a sport flyer, has flown like it's on rails. Come on guys, where are they?!?! We need a new 480 or just start making it again, and then these new ones ASAP. I have replaced main shaft , main shaft bearing , feathering shaft and thrust bearings,
My issue is if I run heli wiith head off the Swash is perfect up and down with no wobble , but as soon as I fit the head without blades the swash is wobbling and seems out of true, where should I be looking to try and resolve .

I also had been dealing with a freind in the USA with the same issue. He changed gears, bearings, shafts, blade grips etc, etc. trying to eliminate this problem.

The issue is a really bad shake at 1550 to 1650 rpm. Below this at 1460rpm it is perfect, at 1740rpm it is better maybe just a tiny tiny bit, but acceptable. I tried differant head gains. He tried V8 and then went back to V7. but it is still there.

I have been talking to my freind in the USA about the same problem and untill I saw it first hand I didn't really realize how bad the shake is.

So is this just something they both have to live with ? is there a reason that you know of ?

First thing I checked is the boom supports themselves. the manual (see attachment) says 5mm diameter. But, the ones on my kit are only 4mm. I think maybe a typo in the manual though, because the end links are proper mikado parts. But, I want to make sure before I order a new set. First, Tail
OK, everyone knows logo 200 tail. Is working until is not. But, for ex, i have it in bank 3 @ 5800rpms, when is hovering and no wind is ok, no slow wobble. In the same scenario, in inverted, just hovering inverted, the tail wobbles left to right slow, with big amplitude, like 3cm to right, 3 to left. What can i check or at least what can i try in my touch control radio? What settings? If i go up with wag suppress is worst. In the scenario where wind is more than 2-3m/s, it wobbles in any position. I am not a 3d flyier, but still i lose tail in easy figures. I tried tail gain between 80-100, 80 was helping to slow wobble, not to solve it, but seems that the tail blows more easly. (doh)
I have tried also optimisation flight, same results.


Second problem, when i do some vertical tik-toks, the heli wobbles when i change the pitch from negative to positive, so i dont know if is clear, but in tik tok figure, when heli needs to go in the other way, it wobbles from cyclic and this kind of behaivour i saw it also on my 420DD and 700Raw. (on 700 the problem kind of got away after some optimisations flights, on my 420 it is still a slight problem, but manageable from sticks.)

So, i would like to know where to start or what to do. The 200 seems so loose, even a inexperienced flyer can see it. I tried also some cyclic gain, from 9 default up to 20, this heli feels everywhere, without any precision.

My Logo 200 landed in long grass with no apparent damage and right way up. I assumed pilot error as I was flying low.
However, on the next flight, loss of power nearing battery end, but when I checked battery there was still 26%.
I fitted a charged battery and tried a hover but the head speed and tail rotor were both erratic.
The head speed rising a little as I opened throttle but not really stable at all and not reaching the speed set.

So, now not sure first one was pilot error but that is not my concern.
I assume, no settings can change in the radio during a 1 hour flight session, so something must be amiss with the heli.
Possible culprits: Main motor and tail motor or ESC. Buying all 3 would be close to buying a new heli.
My best guess is ESC as I would not expect both Main and tail motors to fail but could I have your opinion please, based on more experience than me, before I order parts.

I really need some help here. Attached are 3 images.

1. My old yellow canopy
2. New v2 yellow canopy
3. New Red canopy

The new yellow v2 doesn't fit. However the new red canopy does. The new 550se v2 holes are in completely different positions. The canopy is slightly longer then the red one also.

I saw a post on facebook showing this kit which looks like it has the logo 200 and a vcontrol TX. Is that correct as I'm finding confusing info on what is included? I've been out of the hobby for a number of years so have nothing to start with so this looks interesting. I had one of the original vControl radios when they came out and so not really up to date on the different TX's now.

Ok in hoover but when I go beyond hoover I get violent tail wag,
In software gyro was set to 85 I have now reduced it to 70 but T still the same,should I keep reducing gain or be looking at some thing else.

I have purchased a second hand Logo 200 which has the Pro Rescue upgrade.
Is it possible / advisable to reset this to the standard configuration?

As a new pilot I’m not comfortable using my touch radio to setup the mini neo and would like the simplicity of the “ready to fly” setup.

The neo flashes red and green but when I hit bind on the touch nothing happens.
Motor switch is set to off so I don’t think it’s that.

I've upgraded my Logo 200 with M2 Evo tail motor and blades and have issue:

Motor was burned after about 22 flights. Previously, i have used GooSky S2 motors. Both GS motor also burned after about 120-130 flights.

I compared Logo 200 esc with M2 Evo esc and see that is same esc is used for M2 Evo and Logo 200. V04 Heli esc (see attached photos).

Conditions:
M2 Evo motor was not overheated, and stay cool during agressive flights.
GooSky S2 motors was noticeable hot.

Well, seems i need to adjust some parameters of tail motor settings of Neo Mini because stock M2 motor and M2 Evo motor has different KV.

Questions:
What is exactly tail limits for motor tail driven heils? May i need to adjust limits to prevent buring of motors?

I have a Logo 600 SE and when main rotor is spooling up tail makes a sharp turn of about 45 degrees to the right and then stabilizes, the variator is configured with soft start. Should I increase the tail gain to avoid this?
