Vbar control castle talon 90 gov mode problem

Hi

I have a NEO set on external gov and a talon 90 set to heli gov and all motor details entered. all head speeds are within tolerance for governing. Control set to 40,70,100.
The problem is that i only have head speeds in bank 1 and 2 bank 3 stays the same as bank 2.

please connect a servo instead of the ESC and check that it moves properly, when you switch the banks/head speeds.
Did you set any limits in the radio, for the output signal, like ESC Endpoints, see http://www.vstabi.info/en/node/1679?

If the servo moves between 40, 70, 100 the radio is outputting the individual pulses properly, and it more or less must be with the programming of the ESC.
Does the ESC reach full throttle?
My first guesses would be endpoints in the ESC or maybe a stored head speed, or a limit or programming which is set too high for the calculated drive, or simplest things last, a battery not fully charged

I have lowered the 40 to 30 and it appears to be working now so perhaps the lower speed was not working.
