neo w/vlink

Not getting a good impression with the neo's
first neo non vlink looses signal while cranking motor..haven't had time too look at
second neo w/vlink seams fine hasn't flown yet
3rd neo has no channel 3 output??? not a servo issue as swapped wires and that servo non functioning
unit also has errors
imu stopped delivering data
imu data delivers all zeros

brand new unit I just registered 1 hour ago...

ant ideas?

defiantly a issue with the unit as if I put the slightest pressure on the connectors I can get the channel to work and have the unit turn off "V" no longer lit..than connects again but no channel 3

sad a brand new unit out of the sealed package did not pass QC checks

do I have to send in or can my lhs replace were I purchased?\
