VPlank Throttle Cut/Hold + Idle

Looks like the Vplank firmware doesn't have setup stuff for Nitro/Gas engines. Before I go messing around does anyone have any setup's they'd recommend that has Idle speed on a pot for "motor off" position and a separate cut switch?

We have the usual 3-way switch as for a nitro heli:

- Motor off (carb closed)
- Idle (was AR on Heli) - Idle value as set up in throttle panel
- Run - Idle plus stick control for flying ;-)
