metal case sensor

I just watched the video on up grading my firmware to 5.0 pro. It said your external sensor had to be in the black plastic case. Does this mean the older metal case sensors are not compatible. I went through the steps to upgrade and it found my serial number and current firmware but didn't offer any upgrades to click on.

The metal case sensor Vbars can be updated only to 4.0.

If there is a V3 on it - please let me know the Vbars serial number ...

So please use V5 PC software and update prcocedure to Update to V4 - and install V4 PC soft for a complete new setup, redo setup (see archive section here).

So - first step ... self-register VBar to your Mikado ID account with a valid mail adress. If necessary - Mail adress must be changed in the EU shop at mikado-heli.de first.
